You can book flights inside Egypt and abroad in the Shaffl app or on shaffl.com. You pay online at the end, and your booking is confirmed once the airline issues your e-tickets.
In the app
- On the home screen, tap Flights.
- Choose One way or Round trip, where you’re flying from and to, your dates, and Passengers and cabin. Then tap Search flights.
- Tap a flight to see its times and stops, then choose your fare.
- We check the airline’s live price for your group. Then tap Continue to passengers.
- Fill in each traveller’s details and your contact details.
- Check what your fare includes, tap Review booking, check everything, then tap Continue to payment.
- Pay on Kashier’s secure payment page.
- When you see “You’re flying to …”, your e-tickets are issued. “Payment received” means we’re still confirming with the airline.
On the website
- On shaffl.com, select the Flights tab.
- Choose One way or Round trip, where you’re flying from and to, your dates, and the passengers and cabin. Then select Search flights.
- Open a flight to see its fares, then select the one you want. On a round trip, you choose the outbound flight first, then the return.
- We check the airline’s live price for your group. Check your flights, then select Continue to passengers.
- Fill in each traveller’s details and your contact details, then select Continue to extras.
- See the seats and bags your fare includes, then select Continue to payment.
- Check everything, then select Continue to payment again and pay on Kashier’s secure payment page.
- Back from Kashier, “You’re booked” means your e-tickets are issued. “Payment received” means we’re still confirming with the airline.
In the app, results show the price per adult, and when you choose a fare you see the total for all your travellers, taxes included. On the website, each flight in the results shows the total for all your travellers, taxes included.
If you can’t find or book a flight
- No flights on your day? Shaffl can show you a nearby day that has flights.
- On a day with no flights, you can also ask our team: in the app, tap Ask our team to check the airlines (for flights inside Egypt); on the website, select Ask our team to find a flight.
- If online booking isn’t open on the website, it says “Online booking opens soon” but still shows the fares: select Request this flight on the one you want.
- A request to our team isn’t a booking, and nothing is paid. Our team checks and gets back to you, and you need an email and a mobile number on your account.
- If booking flights in the app isn’t open, the app says so and shows a button to call us instead of fares.
