Once your booking is confirmed, your ticket is saved in the app and, for most bus companies, emailed to you as a PDF.
In the app
- Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen to open My tickets.
- Your coming trips are under Upcoming, and earlier ones under Past.
- Open a ticket to see it, share it or download it as a PDF.
By email
Look for an email from Shaffl with your ticket attached as a PDF. It goes to the email used for the booking. Can’t see it? Check your spam or junk folder.
On the website
Sign in on shaffl.com and open My Tickets in your account.
Flights
- In the app, a flight shows in My tickets as soon as you’ve paid, marked “Paid · confirming” until the airline issues your e-tickets.
- On the website, it shows in My tickets as soon as you go to Kashier to pay, marked “Awaiting payment”, then “Issuing your e-ticket” once your payment arrives. If the time to pay runs out, it leaves the list.
- Once the e-tickets are issued, we email you the e-ticket as a PDF. To download it again, tap Manage trip → Download e-ticket in the app, or on the website select View trip, then the three-dot button (…) → Download e-ticket (PDF).
