When you’re signed in, you earn points on the bus tickets and flights you pay for, and you can use them to save on later bookings.
Earning points
- You earn 1 point for every full Egyptian pound you pay by card.
- Points are added once your booking is confirmed.
- If a booking is refunded, the points you earned on it are removed.
Using points
- Every 100 points take EGP 1 off an eligible booking.
- In the app, turn on Use your balance at checkout (on the website, Use my points). Points are used in steps of 100, and at least EGP 1 is always paid by card.
- If a booking isn’t completed or is refunded, the points you used go back to your balance.
See your balance in the Wallet tab, under Available credit, and every change under History. On the website, open Wallet in your account.
