You can send a private ride request from the app.
- On the home screen, tap Private ride, and sign in if asked.
- Choose One way or Round trip.
- Enter your pickup and drop-off places.
- Set the pickup time: Now, or Schedule a date and time. For a round trip, also set the return time.
- Choose the vehicle and the number of passengers and bags, then tap Request a quote.
- Check your request, add any notes for the team (optional), and tap Send request.
We need a mobile number to arrange the ride. If your account doesn’t have one, the app asks you for it.
Need the vehicle for several days? Choose Multi-day on the Shaffl website, or write it in the notes in the app.
