You can delete your Shaffl account yourself in the app. It happens straight away and can’t be undone.
- Open Profile → Personal details.
- Under Danger zone, tap Delete account, then Delete my account.
- Confirm. You’re signed out once it’s done.
You’ll also find Delete Account at the bottom of your Profile, under Sign out.
What happens
- Your name, email, phone number and photo are removed from the account. Your saved passengers, and your Passenger ID details and photos, are deleted.
- Records of your past bookings and payments are kept, as the law requires. The passport and ID numbers on your past flight bookings are cleared.
- You can’t see your tickets in the app any more, so download any upcoming tickets first.
- You can sign up again later with the same email or phone number.
