Shaffl books flights. It doesn’t arrange or check visas, so make sure every traveller can enter each country on the trip before you book.
- Check the passport, visa and health rules of every country you’ll land in, including stops on the way.
- The IATA Travel Centre (iatatravelcentre.com) shows the passport, visa and health rules for a trip.
- For flights abroad, Shaffl checks that each passport is valid long enough (usually six months after you land), but it doesn’t check visas or entry permits.
- Every traveller, including children and infants, needs their own document on the booking.
If you can’t travel after booking, what you can get back depends on the fare’s rules. See “Changing or cancelling a flight”.
