Flight fares follow the airline’s rules. You can ask to cancel from your booking in the app or on the website, and a person on our team reviews every request before anything is cancelled or refunded.
Cancelling
- Open your flight from My tickets. In the app, tap Manage trip, then Request cancellation. On the website, select the three-dot button (…) next to Contact support, then Request cancellation.
- Check the fare rules, what you paid, and the estimated refund to your card.
- Select Send cancellation request.
- Our team reviews it. If it’s approved, we cancel the booking with the airline and send the refund to the card you paid with.
How much comes back
- Same day: if the airline allows its tickets to be voided, and the cancellation goes through on the day they were issued (Cairo time), you get back everything you paid.
- Otherwise, if the airline refunds the fare, you get the airline’s refund, which can be less than you paid because of its fees.
- If the airline doesn’t refund the fare, the estimate is EGP 0, but our team still reviews your request.
