Plans changed? Tell the team as soon as you can, so they can update your ride or stop arranging it.
Changing your request
- Find your request number (it starts with PRR) under Requests in the app.
- Message us on WhatsApp or call us.
- Give us your request number and tell us what you’d like to change.
Withdrawing your request
- Open your request under Requests in the app.
- Tap Withdraw request, then Withdraw.
- We cancel it and tell the team, so they stop arranging the ride. If we can’t reach them, the app asks you to message us on WhatsApp.
