Departure and arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather, checkpoints and road closures can delay a trip.
- A delay on its own isn’t grounds for a refund.
- If the bus never arrived within a reasonable time and you weren’t taken, it counts as a cancellation, and you can get a free rebooking or a full refund.
- Missing a personal event because of traffic isn’t compensated.
