Your seats are only confirmed once the payment goes through and the bus company confirms the booking. Until then, how long they’re kept for you depends on the bus company.
- On some trips, your seats are held for 30 minutes while you pay.
- Blue Bus holds seats for only 10 minutes.
- With some bus companies, seats aren’t held at all until you’ve paid, so someone else could book them first.
If you don’t finish paying, the booking is cancelled automatically and the seats go back on sale. You can start again and choose seats.
